What is Buylevard? Buylevard is an online Marketplace that sells signature fashion and goes hand-in-hand with the designers and independent brands which we connect directly to customers all over the world.
Once the designers are settled in our online Great Avenue, they have access to a virtual shop where they can tell their history and upload the products they want to show and sell anywhere in the world.
Who do I sell in Buylevard? Any designer settled in Spain who has their own collection and meets the requirements and conditions of Buylevard.
Who do I buy in Buylevard? Anyone registered on the web page www.buylevard.com
Why is it a Marketplace? Because it manages to create a link between the designer and the customers through an online channel which is direct, safe, dynamic and social.
How can I buy a product? Choose the product category, click on the product, select the size, colour and quantity and/or provide the necessary measurements.
You can also access the designer's shop. Click on Designers and Brands, click the designer's name and finally click on See shop
What sizes can I choose in the clothing items in Buylevard? There are two types clothing items, depending on whether they are by size or “custom made”:
How can I pay for the items in my “shopping bag”? Once you have finished placing your order, you can pay using any of the methods available. You can pay with Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro, Diners and the credit cards from Red 6000 with absolute guarantee.
Is it safe to pay by credit card in Buylevard? All transactions are 100% safe since the data is transferred using the encryption mode SSL (Secure Socket Layer), making it impossible to read by third parties.
In order to guarantee the safety of the transaction the web page will remain as a https:// site during all the process. Moreover, there will be padlock icon in locked position at the bottom of your navigator. BUYLEVARD does not have access to your credit card details. The credit card data is managed directly by the banks through the gateway. The transactions are managed through the e-commerce platform of La Caixa, guaranteeing the speed and reliability of the operations.
What are the shipping costs of my purchase? Each designer is located in a different place. This is why you have to pay for the shipping costs separately with every purchase from a different designer. The price of the shipping cost depends on the shipping address and is shown in the shopping bag.
How do I follow the latest arrivals in Buylevard? All the products that are New have a logo that identifies them. You can also find them grouped under the tab Latest Arrivals in each one of the main sections in the web.
How do I know how long it takes for the “Custom made” products to be ready? On each product page you have the information of the time that the designer needs to make the garment.
What is MY LOVES? My Loves is the page where you can find all the products from Buylevard that you liked and have marked as "Love this".
Registered customers can mark products they like as “Love this” by clicking on the heart which appears at the top right of each product page. The number next to the heart is the total number of people who have also marked this product as “Love this”.
What is FAVOURITE DESIGNERS? On this page you can see the designers and brands that you have marked as favourite.
Registered customers can create a list with their favourite designers or brands by clicking on the button “Add to my favourites” which can be found on the profile page of every designer or brand.
When will I get my purchase? You can calculate the estimated delivery time by adding up the time the designer needs for making the garment and the shipping time.
Can I track my purchase and shipping? Through the option Orders you can check all your previous purchases or track your current order.
Where do they ship my purchase? Purchased items are shipped straight from the designer's studio to the customers shipping address.
Where can I get my items delivered? Customers may provide any shipping address at your convenience and we will deliver the items as promptly as possible. We strongly advise you to provide an address where you are available during working days: either home or working place.
Can I return my purchase? We accept returns within 10 days except for “custom made” products, which are non-refundable.
How do I return my purchase? Within the 10 days of receiving the item, log in your Buylevard account and click on Orders. You will simply have to click on the item you want to return, explain the reason for the return and click on Request Return.
The product will show on the button Returns and when your return is accepted, a document will be attached with the information for the return.
The same information will be sent to your e-mail address with the address where you have to send the returned item.
How do I return the items? You choose the shipping method, but you have to choose a system that allows you to track the shipping (with a shipping number).
We will only refund the shipping cost for returns of faulty products, or when the designer or brand made a mistake sending you the wrong size or product. Otherwise shipping costs will be paid by the user, who will be responsible for returning the product properly.
You have to send this shipping number to firstname.lastname@example.org or type it in the corresponding box in the Returns section to ensure that the designer gets the item.
How do I access my personal information? You can access and modify your personal information at any time through the option My account on the menu at the top of the shop page.
How do I cancel my registration? In order to cancel your customer's registration, you should send your personal information to email@example.com.
Have you forgotten your password? If you are registered on the site but you have forgotten your password you can recover it through the option My Account on the menu at the top of the shop page.
Then you just need to provide your e-mail address and we will send you a message with your password.
Do you want to change your password? If you are registered and you want to change your password, you can do so through the section My Account by clicking on User's Data.
